The Pavilion Weight loss Club is designed to provide you with the education, motivation, and support that is essential for helping you achieve your goals. Unlike other weightloss clubs we do not prescribe a specific diet or way of eating. Instead our aim is to furnish you with basic nutritional advice then encourage you to make small, manageable changes to your eating habits. It is designed as a long term solution to weight management rather than a quick fix.
Members can sign up for one of the following two options (or one followed by the other):
Designed to give nutritional information, motivation and support. The weight loss course will help you to set realistic weight loss targets and start making the changes to your eating habits needed to reach them
5 week course
Starts Monday 12th January
9.30–10.30am Or Tuesday 13th January

£45 for 5 weeks
An ongoing programme aimed at those who already have basic nutritional knowledge and are looking for motivation and support on their journey to weight loss. Centring around group discussions and a weekly weigh-in, the weekly sessions are there to keep you on track with your healthy eating.
