The consultations are as follows: 

 

The gym is staffed with a fully qualified team who will take you through our extensive Club introduction. The gym has a variety of cardiovascular, fixed resistance, free weights, and stretch and core stability areas.

Our introductory programme consists of four consultations with one of our instructors. Each session lasts for half an hour and is booked in the first four weeks of your membership. Alternatively if you do not intend to use the gym we suggest you book a 'Plain Clothes Introduction' to discuss other aspects of the Club.

This session includes a health check and exercise history. Goals are set and a plan of your programme will be discussed.

 


You will be shown cardiovascular exercises prescribed by your instructor and given advice on progression.

 


During this visit you will be shown specific resistance exercises and the necessary techniques to progress.

 


Topics in this session include:
Swiss Ball, Nutrition, Sports Specific, Personal Training and a review of other Club core facilities.
