The group fitness programme offers a wide range of classes and all staff will be able to suggest a class that you may be interested in attending. The studios have wooden sprung floors and are air conditioned for your safety and comfort. All our teachers are qualified with some specialising in specific areas, and they will happily answer any of your questions at the end of the class.
Classes can be booked up to six days in advance and we ask that you please cancel your place if you are unable to attend as we may have a reserve list.
All classes are suitable for all levels with the exception of Pilates which is a progressive class. We offer regular introduction workshops for Pilates beginners - please see reception for details. |
